FREE shipping on orders over $100 and $9.99 flat rate otherwise.

Orders over $100 qualify for FREE shipping! The "FREE shipping" option will automatically be available at checkout when the cart sub-total is greater than or equal to $100 (NOT including taxes or other fees).

All other orders may be shipped anywhere in the USA for a low $9.99 flat rate. All orders are shipped via UPS unless otherwise requested. Shipping is available in the USA only.

"Pickup From Store" shipping option is available at checkout for orders placed within South Carolina and Louisanna. Please include the store location of your choice in your Order Comments. View a list of our store addresses. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup from the store.

Expediated Shipping

Expediting shipping is available upon request. You MUST call for pricing. When placing an order, please indicate your interest in expedited shipping by including a note in the Order Comments.

Processing Times

Most orders are processed for shipping within 1 - 3 business days. Products that require additional processing time and special orders may take longer. Orders placed on the weekends may be processed the following week. If there should be any delay in shipment or if a product is temporarily out of stock we will notify you right away via email or telephone. If you order more than one item and one or more of your items are back ordered, your in-stock item(s) will be held until your back ordered item(s) become available.

Order Status Updates & Notifications

Customers will receive an email with order details immediately after an order is placed. We will update the order status as soon as the item has shipped. Customers will be notifed by email following an order status update. If applicable, a tracking number will be provided in the comments of the order status update. Customers who have registered an account with us can track their order status at any time by logging in to their account and viewing Order History.


If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact us immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or refund. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. After you contact us, you MUST fill out and submit our return request form.

Items may only be returned with notification to us within 7 days of receipt. All items must have tags still on, be unworn, and receipt accompanied. Items that are returned as a result of customer actions or decisions and not the fault of the Key West Hat Company are returned at the customers shipping expense and will incur a 10% restocking fee at time of refund issue. This restocking fee as well as the refund of purchase will only reflect on the actual cost of the hat as the original shipping cost in non refundable.
