Orders (for our retail customers) – Minimum initial orders are $200. Reorders may be for $100 minimum. The minimum shipment quantity is 3 each per individual style.

Orders (for individuals) - No minimum. You will be charged retail prices.

Prepayment (retail customers) – payment of orders must accompany any orders prior to acceptance. The shipping charges will be estimated at 5% of invoice total but will be billed at actual cost. The difference will be applied to customers account.

Credit Card – All credit card payments will be processed at time of shipping order. All credit card payments must contain all pertinent info (card number, name on card, date and expiration date).

Credit Terms (retail customers) – All new accounts will be Net 30 days. This is based upon credit approval. These approvals will be determined by a credit service bureau and credit references submitted with credit application. All customers without approved credit will be required to make payment via Credit Card or Company check prior to acceptance of order.

Terms of Sale – All orders will be shipped FOB Key West, Florida.

Claims – All claims related to damages from shipping or loss of cartons must be filed with the carrier within 10 days of the delivery date. Product shortages within cartons must be reported to customer service at the Key West Hat Company within 10 days of the delivery date.

Shipping – All orders are shipped by UPS Ground at the current rates. An additional charge will be incurred by any orders shipped via the USPS.
