Our Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your Key West Hat Co. online order, we will be happy to exchange or accept a return of the item within 30 days.

 

 

  • Products that are returned or exchanged must be unworn, in its original condition, and still have all of the tags attached.
  • Please include with the hat to be returned or exchanged our Product Return Form that was shipped with the hat originally and the sale receipt. If you did not receive a form, you can download one here.
  • Please ship all returns or exchanges within 30 days to:
    • Key West Hat Co.
    • 106 N. Market St
    • Charleston, SC 29401
  • There will be a re-stocking fee charged for any merchandise that is returned!
  • If you are exchanging a hat, Key West Hat Co. will be happy to ship the hat to you through UPS ground and we will pay for it if the hat is staying inside the continental US. Any persons wanting an exchange outside of the US will have to pay all shipping charges.
  • Please carefully package the hat for return or exchange, preferably in the same manner in which it was received.
  • Should you receive an item that was damaged due to a crushed box, please call or email us so that we can file a claim and instruct you on how to handle the hat. Please do not ship us an item that was damaged due to shipping!
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return/exchange is due to our error.
  • A refund will be submitted 7 to 14 business days after we have received the item for return and it will be in the same form of payment that was originally used.
